Introduction to French Language and Culture for Kids, Sequence I
This fun and interactive class is the perfect introduction to the French language for children ages 7–11. Students will begin building a foundation in everyday vocabulary and simple phrases through games, songs, storytelling, movement, and age-appropriate conversation practice.
Each class is designed with clear learning goals and includes activities that help reinforce pronunciation, listening, speaking, and basic reading skills. Through creative projects and playful exploration, students learn to express themselves in French with growing confidence—all in a warm, supportive environment that makes language learning feel natural and fun.
No prior French experience required!
Logistics:
-Class meets in person; select date and time from menu below (multiple options)
-Location: Boulder, CO (exact address TBA soon)
-Class duration: 15 weeks = 15 sessions, 75 min. each
-Class taught in French
-Group size: up to 12 students
-Materials: No textbook required in this course
