


Homeschooling Option Beginning French 102 for Kids (ages 7-11 in-person) (Fall 2025)
Introduction to French Language and Culture for Kids, Sequence II
This fun, interactive course is ideal for homeschooled students who have taken FREN 101 or have some basic French experience. Through games, songs, role-play, and creative projects, learners expand their vocabulary and practice speaking in everyday situations.
Each 2.5-hour weekly session combines structured instruction with hands-on activities to build confidence and fluency. Students describe their favorite things, act out mini-scenes, and engage in simple conversations—all in French!
A playful, supportive environment encourages curiosity and continued growth.
Logistics:
-Class meets in person; Thursdays 9:30am-12:00pm (August 21-December 4, 2025)
-Class duration: 15 weeks = 15 sessions, 2.5 hours each
-Class taught in French
-Group size: up to 12 students
-Location: 1790 30th st., suite 245, Boulder, CO
-Prerequisite: Beginning French 101 for Kids (ages 7-11) or equivalent
-Materials: No textbook required in this course
