Tailored for those looking to perfect their pronunciation in French, this synchronous class explores the intricate sound system of French, with particular attention to the subtleties that distinguish more fluent speakers, including rhythm, intonation, liaisons, and sound patterns, while also introducing the pronunciation rules that shape natural spoken French. Through guided practice, reading aloud, listening activities, oral production, and personalized feedback, students gradually develop a sharper ear, clearer pronunciation, and greater confidence when communicating in French.

Logistics:

-Class meets in person, once a week; Fridays: 11:00am-12:30pm (September 4-November 20; 12 weeks)

-Course duration: 12 weeks = 12 class sessions; 90-min. each

-Class taught primarily in English

-Group size: up to 10 students

-Location: 1790 30th st., suite 245, Boulder, CO

-Materials: textbook optional

Please note: We do not issue refunds. PER CLASS:

  • $15 class transfer fee

  • 15% of class tuition is cancellation fee, with the remainder as credit on file, up to 14 days prior to class start

  • No credit or transfers are available w/in 14 days of class start date
