Conversational Skills for Everyday Communication
Ready to build confidence speaking French? This Beginning-Level (A2) Conversation class is perfect for learners who can communicate in simple sentences and want to speak more comfortably and naturally in everyday situations.
In a relaxed and supportive setting, you’ll expand your vocabulary, reinforce essential grammar, and develop fluency through guided conversation on a wide range of practical and engaging topics. We’ll talk about introducing yourself, family and friends, hobbies and free time, food and dining, travel and directions, shopping, daily routines, weekend plans, celebrations, weather, favorite places, and cultural experiences, along with many other fun, real-life themes that make conversation meaningful.
No textbooks, no pressure — just lively discussion, interactive activities, and plenty of speaking time in a small-group environment. If you’re ready to speak more French with confidence and enjoy the process, this class is a wonderful next step in your learning journey.
-Class meets in person twice a week; Tuesday, Friday: 6:00pm-7:00pm (July 7-August 6; 5 weeks)
-Class duration: 5 weeks = 10 classes; 1-hour class sessions
-Class taught in French
-Group size: up to 10 students
-Materials: No textbook required in this course
