Ready to give your French the sound of a true Parisian? This full-day pronunciation bootcamp is designed for beginner learners (A1–A2) who want to build a solid foundation in listening and speaking skills. Through playful, interactive activities, participants will learn to hear, repeat, and produce French sounds with clarity and confidence.
Throughout the day, you will:
Tune your ear with listening games and minimal pair drills to spot differences between tricky sounds.
Master vowels and nasals, practicing contrasts like u/ou and é/è.
Play with rhythm and melody, clapping out syllable patterns and practicing intonation.
Experiment with liaisons and elisions, learning when to connect words naturally.
Put it into practice through short dialogues, role plays (at the market, at school, in a café), and fun tongue-twisters.
By the end of the day, you will have sharpened your ear for French, improved the clarity and flow of your speech, and gained personalized pronunciation tips to take your French to the next level.

-Class meets in person; Saturday, November 8 @ 9:30am-12:00pm & 1:30-4:00pm (two 2.5-hour sessions: morning and afternoon)
-Course duration: two 2.5-hour class sessions: morning and afternoon
-Class taught in French
-Group size: 3-8 students
-Prerequisite: (some) FREN 101 or equivalent
