Hit the ground running in France! This practical, hands-on immersion day is designed for travelers at the beginner level (A1) who want to communicate effectively in real-life travel situations. Through interactive exercises, role-plays, and guided practice, you’ll learn the core phrases, verbs, and conversational patterns needed for confident travel.

In two focused sessions, you’ll:

  • Master essential phrases for hotels, restaurants, transportation, and shopping

  • Practice checking in, making reservations, ordering meals, and asking for directions

  • Handle simple interactions and questions with confidence

  • Build speaking skills in realistic travel scenarios through guided role-play

By the end of the day, you’ll feel prepared and confident to navigate everyday travel situations in France, with the phrases and skills you need to communicate smoothly and enjoy your experience.

-Class meets in person; Saturday, February 21 @ 10:00am-12:30pm & 2:00-4:30pm (two 2.5-hour sessions: morning and afternoon)

-Course duration: two 2.5-hour class sessions: morning and afternoon

-Class taught in French

-Group size: 3-8 students
